"Just a short note to thank you for the wonderful garden tour and hospitality that you extended to the Mary Morton Tours Group in July 2010. The participants loved your display gardens and the the inspiring combinations of plants for the multi-season show. Your comments and gardening tips were most helpful. Having an opportunity to purchase plants was also a bonus. I expect others who have the opportunity to visit your lovely gardens and nursery will enjoy the visit as we did. All the best in the future."Frank Kershaw

"The Hockley Valley Garden Club enjoyed visiting your garden last summer. It's inspiring to see well grown plants in a garden setting, right beside the sales area.
It gives one ideas about plant combinations and shows how big the plants become in the garden. Your colour combinations were terrific too."

“Both members and the public were impressed with the unusual selections, many of which Lorraine propagates herself from seed, division, or her own secret methods.”The Orangeville & District Horticultural Society

"Fifty-five Peterborough & Area Master Gardeners visited Plant Paradise in August 2010. Lorraine Roberts started her presentation with some background history of the property. We were amazed at how she and her husband have developed it in such a short time and that it is an ongoing work in progress. It was much appreciated that Robert & Lorraine have a speaker set-up which accompanies the tour so that everyone was able to hear the very informative and knowledgeable presentation. A wonderful selection of plants occupy the well-arranged shade & sun gardens which allow for year long bloom. Having the availability of purchasing plants that grow in their gardens was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend a visit to the gardens or having Lorraine speak at any Garden Club or Show to share her expertise.” R.B., C.F., K.H. & J.H. –Tour Committee
